Problem Note 48929: In SAS® Marketing Automation, the CI_INTABLE temporary tables do not delete after successful updates to the Response History table

DetailsAboutRate It

SAS Marketing Automation can be used with SAS® Digital Marketing to broadcast e-mails and to receive responses from those e-mails. The SAS Digital Marketing system can be configured to automatically update the SAS Marketing Automation Common Data Model with this information.

The SAS Marketing Automation Common Data Model holds the responses in the Response History table. Despite the successful update to the Response History table, the temporary tables that are created as part of this process are not being deleted correctly. The temporary tables are referenced as CI_INTABLES. This issue might result in disk space problems.

This problem is caused by incorrect syntax in the machcnt file. The following line incorrectly contains two closing brackets:

%if &dbengine. = ORACLE or &dbengine.) = DB2 or &dbengine.) = TERADATA or &dbengine. = SASSPDS %then
